Rules & Constitution

At the 2010 AGM the association became a formally constituted unincorporated institution. The consitution describes how the assocition will operate to ensure we comply with the site lease and to further the activities of the association. It contains the association Objects,Powers, Membership etc.


The aim of the rules is to ensure all members comply with the terms and conditions of the site lease, service level agreement, association constitution and tenancy agreements. They have been developed over many years and provide a means to clear up misunderstandings about what a plotholder can and can not do
